1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned or exchanged if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All brand tags, labels, and original packaging remain intact.
  • The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

*Note: Innerwear, customized products, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Email service@bravinoclothing.store with your Order ID and photos of the product.
  • Our team will validate the request within 24–48 hours.
  • Once approved, we will provide pickup instructions or return details.
  • Quality checks are performed upon arrival before the refund/exchange is finalized.

3. Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid: Credited to the original payment mode within 5–7 business days.
  • COD: Refunded via Bank Transfer or Store Credit (details will be requested via email).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item, please alert us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear images. We will provide a free replacement or full refund immediately.
