1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been handed to our courier partners.
• To cancel, please email us immediately with your Order ID.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your stylish picks have left our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can opt for a return or exchange once the package arrives, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellations by Bravino

We strive to fulfill every order, but we reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Unexpected stock unavailability.
• Incomplete or unverified shipping addresses.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions.

In these rare cases, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.
